It's true what they say

I was typing a heart-giving blog entry and then I deleted it away to type this instead. A total waste of my time but it was certainly cathartic:)

A big thank you to the person I love who told me how to love another person. I think I am sometimes incapable of love, it feels too idealistic. When I think of true love, I think of God and Jesus and all that. And I keep comparing this worldly 'love' to that, knowing how disappointing that could be.

But it's not true, it really isn't. We have to try to love.

I am far from being the perfect daughter, but I'm working hard at it.

Happy Mothers' Day, kiddos! And really, we're all still kids in our mothers' eyes, no matter how old we are or how far we've gone away from them.
